Our evening experience combines our eight-piece live Showband with a dedicated professional DJ.You’ll have two 60-minute Showband performances, professionally live-mixed DJ sets between them, followed by our signature DJ Show with live sax, male and female vocals and percussion.The result is one continuous evening of entertainment from first dance to final song, rather than a band performing a couple of sets and leaving the rest of the night to a playlist.

We don’t operate as an agency assembling a different group of musicians for each wedding.Our full evening team consists of our established eight-piece Showband plus a dedicated professional DJ — nine performers in total.We personally check availability before confirming your booking, so if there is ever a personnel consideration for your date, we’ll make this clear before you book.

Yes. We’ll work with you during the planning process to understand the music you love, the atmosphere you want and anything you’d prefer us to avoid.Our live Showband performances are built around our established repertoire, and selected special requests can sometimes be arranged where they suit the band and the performance.Your professional DJ has much more flexibility and can respond live to you, your guests and the dance floor throughout the evening.

Yes. Where your chosen song is suitable for the Showband, we can perform your first dance live.We’ll discuss your choice during the planning process and confirm the best way to deliver it.If a live version isn’t the right fit for the band, your original recording can instead be professionally mixed into the evening and accompanied by live Sax.

Every Showband evening package includes our professional standard sound, lighting and AV setup required to deliver the experience.The exact setup is planned around your venue, room, guest numbers and logistics so that the Showband, DJ and live entertainment can all be delivered properly.If your venue has unusual technical requirements, we’ll identify those during the planning process.

Yes. If you want to take the production further, we can provide additional levels of sound, lighting, staging and room production to elevate the experience.Our Ultimate production setup is the level of production you’ll see in many of our promotional videos. Depending on your venue and the experience you want to create, this can include multi-level staging, enhanced sound systems, architectural and room lighting, special effects, disco balls, spotlights, dance floors and more.Production upgrades are quoted separately because the requirements vary significantly between venues, guest numbers and the scale of production you want.If you’re interested in an enhanced production setup, mention it when you enquire and we can put together a tailored quote.

Our standard Showband setup normally requires around two and a half hours to install, soundcheck and prepare before the performance. Three hours is optimal.Space, access and setup requirements vary between venues, so once you’ve booked we’ll work through the practical details with you and your venue.Early Setup can also be arranged as an optional upgrade where required, subject to venue access, schedule and production requirements.

Once we’ve confirmed availability, a £1,000+vat booking fee secures your date, regardless of which Showband package you choose.After that, you can pay monthly, make occasional payments or pay in larger instalments whenever suits you.The only requirement is that the agreed payment milestones are met: 50% of the balance by 12 months before your wedding and the full balance by 6 months before the date.

Our standard evening experience is planned across a four-hour entertainment window. Our standard timings are 8pm to midnight.Within that time we’ll build the running order around your first dance, two 60-minute Showband performances, professionally live-mixed DJ sets between them and our signature DJ Show through to the final song.The four-hour window can start earlier if required — for example, a 7pm start would finish at 11pm. If you’d like to start earlier and still finish at midnight, additional performance time can be added for an extra fee.

Once your booking is confirmed, your date is secured and we’ll guide you through the planning process as your wedding gets closer.We’ll collect the final details of your day, including timings, music preferences, special requests, venue information and any production requirements.At least three months before your wedding, we’ll arrange your Final Steps planning call. This is where we bring everything together, confirm the entertainment, timings and logistics, and make sure every important detail is understood and agreed well in advance.Our aim is to have your entertainment fully planned and finalised early, so you can relax knowing that side of your wedding is taken care of rather than dealing with last-minute decisions in the final few weeks.We’ll also liaise with your venue where required so that the practical details are taken care of.

Our advertised package prices cover the entertainment package itself.Depending on the location of your wedding, additional travel, accommodation or logistical costs may apply. We’ll review this when you enquire and make any additional costs clear before you book.For destination weddings or venues requiring more complex travel and production logistics, we’ll provide a tailored quote.
